Court Square – 1987: Mr. Daves was project architect of the Court Square building in Saint Louis, Missouri. Court Square, a five-story brick masonry structure was built in 1902. The building has 56,000 gross square feet and has been restored to its original function as luxury office quarters. The name, Court Square, reflects the building's key location near downtown's major court and governmental buildings. All offices have the capability of being designed to meet the most demanding tenant specifications, which may include among other amenities, the luxury of private restrooms and wet bars, shower facilities, computer installations and specialty interior finishes. Mr. Daves was responsible for finding and developing the building and working with the general contractor (Paric Construction). The owner and general partner of the Court Square building is Glazer and Co. out of Cleveland, Ohio. The Court Square building is now fully leased to the United States Postal Sevice.
