Ritz-Carlton - 1996-2002: Through Core Development, Inc. Kevin Daves originated, developed and managed construction of the Ritz- Carlton Hotel and Condominiums in Sarasota, Florida. He found the property and brought the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company to Sarasota to manage the hotel. He also conceived of the idea of building 48 condos on top of the 266-room hotel and of pairing the hotel and condominium project with a separate beach, spa and golf club project. The project's total development cost exceeded $105,000,000.
